Model High School celebrates 13 students who earned the AP Capstone Diploma™, as the College Board announced the recipients on Tuesday.
Fifteen Model High School (MHS) students earned academic honors from the College Board National Recognition Programs. These programs celebrate students' hard work in high school and showcase their strong academic performance.
The College Board has released the AP School Scholar Roster and it includes 67 Model High School (MHS) students earning 86 AP Scholar Awards, the highest number of AP scholars received for the system.
Each year, every high school in Georgia is invited to select one male and one female senior athlete to receive the Vincent J. Dooley Award. The award recipients are chosen for their distinguished individual character, outstanding teamwork, and citizenship.
Aidan Fuller, a junior at MHS, has been given an opportunity to participate in the 2024 Governor's Honors Program (GHP) this summer with a focus on Spanish.
